Job Overview:
The First National Bank of Raymond is seeking a friendly, dependable and customer-focused individual to join our Pawnee location as a full-time Personal Service Representative/Teller.
Our Personal Service Representatives are the face of the bank and play a fundamental role in providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with our customers.
About Us:
The First National Bank of Raymond is a five location community bank which prides itself as being large enough to offer everything a customer needs while remaining small enough to know them by name. FNB specializes in agricultural lending and is truly committed to its employees and customers.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Represent the bank to customers in a courteous and professional manner in face-to-face, written, and telephone communications.
- Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments and check cashing.
- Respond to customer inquiries and address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers with e-banking services including online banking, mobile banking, and debit cards.
- Help customers identify banking products and services that fit their financial needs.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with bank policy and banking regulations.
Education and Experience:
- Customer service and money handling experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
- Exhibit high attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to accept coaching
- Strong interpersonal skills within team environment and client interaction with emphasis on relationship building
